Story About Me
Fitness has been very important to me since I was in high school, always wanted to push my self to improve. I have tried learning on my own and with different programs learning about nutrition and the importance to having good healthy meals each day. Learning proper techniques
and skill in the gym to have the best impact and results on my self.
Working full time as well as being a volunteer fire fighter, It is crucial for me to be in the best shape I can be in. I always seeked a good routine and program that would get me the results Ive been striving for. Learning to be mentally strong I have been able to push myself past my vision of where I thought I would ever be.

Our purpose at Nelson’s Fitness is to provide you with the some of the best programs, teaching you exercises at home and calisthenics training. Also giving you knowledge to get the best results possible.
Making sure that you’re doing the exercise with correct form is the most important part to seeing results and not hurting yourself and we are here to help you learn these skills.
We will help you get into a proper meal plan with some knowledge on nutrition and why it is important. Also, we have recipes and meal plans to help you get started.
